- 6+ years of marketing experience
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
- Experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn
- Content marketing and SEO knowledge
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong communication and presentation abilities

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. MBA or digital marketing certification is a plus.
